Be warned this action will delete all saved information for the games you are trying to fix.
Right click on the windows button in the bottom right corner and go up to command prompt.
Type "sc config secdrv start= demand" and press enter
Then type "sc start secdrv" and press enter again.
I hope this works.
It should work for windows 7,8 and 8.1, however windows 10 I am unsure about.

There is another solution around about going on security and setting up admin rights, however this did not work for me, and also did not help many other people as well.
