If you have migraines you've probably heard about Aimovig.
It was the first CGRP (calcitonin gene related peptide) blocker to hit the market and gained a lot of favor with patients early on to prevent migraines.
Since then 3 other CGRP's have hit the market. Two other monthly subcutaneous shots (Ajovy and Emgality) and one that is an infusion that you get every three months (Vyepti).
