How to Configure a Default Gateway on a Cisco Switch | CCNA Beginner Lab
In this video, I show how to configure the default gateway on a Cisco switch and explain why it is required.
The default gateway allows the switch to communicate with devices outside its own network — such as another subnet, router, or remote management station. Without a default gateway, the switch can only talk to devices in the same network.
