For a long time now Intel has held the crown for the fastest export times out of Premiere Pro. They have benefited from hardware encoding that was Intel specific known as Quick Sync.

Well, that is no longer. Adobe has recently pushed an update for Premiere Pro that now allows AMD Ryzen processors to benefit from hardware encoding.
