How to import cpk mods to Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 ( PC )
This video helps you to import cpk files to PES 2018.
You need :
a) DpFileList Generator 1.0 PES 2018 by Baris

b) Mod : Gökhan Töre Tattoo by EIG

Steps
Copy cpk file ( Gökhan Töre Tattoo ) to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\download folder
Then run DPFileList Generator. Select the path of the cpk files ( SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\download folder )
Tick the file you would like to import and then click on Generate DPLFilelist.bin
