Fallecida el 11 de octubre 1741 - Surinama Tinta Canas Canchis Cusco, a la edad de 30 años,
Doña Rosa Noguera y Valenzuela falleció temprana y repentinamente a los treinta años quedando Clemente y José Gabriel huérfanos de madre. Fue enterrado en Surimana el 11 de octubre de 1741. Don Miguel Tupaq Amarö al enviudar tempranamente contrajo segundas nupcias con Ventura Monjarrás, de cuyo matrimonio nació Juan Bautista Tupaq Amarö y Monjarrás. A los 48 años falleció Miguel Tupaq Amarö y fue enterrado en Surimana el 30 de abril de 1750.
El historiador Carlos Daniel Valcarcel indica que “Cuando el niño José Gabriel quedó huérfano, desempeñaron sucesivamente el papel de tutores y caciques interinos sus tíos paterno y materno. Con el fin de dar al niño una educación esmerada, se escogió como maestro suyos a eclesiásticos que a la vez que lo instruían pudieran educarlo religiosa y moralmente. Tendría 10 años cuando ingresó al Colegio de Caciques de San Francisco de Borja, en el Cusco. Por su aplicación y buena conducta fue muy apreciado de sus maestros.

Doña Rosa Noguera y Valenzuela died early and suddenly at thirty, leaving Clemente and José Gabriel as orphans of their mother. He was buried in Surimana on October 11, 1741.
