Betty Crocker Oatmeal Cookie Mix
very easy needs just 1 stick of butter and 1 TB water and 1 egg
if you want to make it with butter It should be softened ,let the butter to soften at room temperature for 45 - 60 min before starting to mix .
about the taste these are very buttery and delicious especially with a cup of milk :) , Crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle , if you want them to be crispier just bake them 1 or 2 min more and if you want them softer reduce the baking time .
you can make these cookies without butter also ,by using 1/3 cup vegetable oil and adding 2 TB of water and 1 egg
I bought it for $2.49 at a Ralphs store. and it makes around 18 big cookies the size that you can see in the video
