Just a few decades ago, Europe was a shipbuilding powerhouse, but things only got worse... politicians remembered shipyards only to save jobs... and tens of billions of euros were spent, in vain... today, the largest European shipbuilder is Italy, but it produces only 0.62% of ships...
we have handed over our production to Asia, where 97.5% of ships are built today... in particular, nearly 95% of ships are built in China, Japan, and Korea... for over two decades, these three countries have wanted to create a Free Trade Area, but American troops in Japan and Korea stand in the way...
will the Asians succeed in creating a Free Trade Area, and if so, when?... How long will the US effectively dissuade them?
