2-3 garlic cloves
1 heaped tsp chilli powder can use more paprika instead
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
500g chicken breast
1 chicken or vegetable stock cube
400g can chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 can red kidney beans
dark chocolate
