Solving a 3x3 system to fit an equation to a quadratic curve
In this video I demonstrate how to use a 3x3 system to find a quadratic equation to fit a parabolic curve of points. Using known points on the curve we can substitute those in to find the values for a, b, and c to model the curve with the equation y = ax^2 + bx + c.
