FET oscillator 2 MHz - 9 MHz with 2 gate FET BF 982
Oscillator for VHF and Shortwave made with the BF 982. In this case 2 - 9 MHz but also useful for much higher frequencies, because the FET is a special VHF type.This FET has 2 gates, here they are connected together. More circuits in my books, author Ko Tilman, on the Lulu website.
