With many people from all over the world, we created a mosaic night sky for the cupola of the "Archive of Dreams", the future library of Himmelsfels near Kassel in the middle of Germany.
In the disused weather station of the German Weather Service, which was installed some time ago in the intercultural meeting place, young people will be able to write down their wishes for a better world, relax and dream. The spherical structure is located on a hillside overlooking the hilly landscape of Spangenberg, behind which the sun sets every day.
What could make you dream more than a sparkling night sky?
With 108 hands, 260 kg glass, 45 kg cement and 70 kg grout, we have created a mosaic sky in 26 days. The project brings out the connecting element of the mosaic in a wonderful way.
