Updating WordPress Plugin from a zip file
You can simply go to WordPress admin panel and then click on add new where you can click on Upload Plugin button and then select zip file to upload the plugin.
Once the upload is done WordPress would ask you to replace existing files with new one here you can press yes and you are done.
