Welcome to the second lesson in our Ukulele for Beginners series! In this video, we'll learn how to tune our ukulele to the standard GCEA tuning using three different methods.

Clip-on Tuner (Snark)
We'll start by using a Snark clip-on tuner. This is the most recommended method for tuning your ukulele. Simply clip the tuner onto your ukulele's headstock, turn it on, and follow the on-screen instructions to tune each string to the correct pitch.
Tuner App (Guitar Tuna)
Next, we'll explore using a tuner app like Guitar Tuna. This app uses your phone's microphone to listen to the strings and guide you through the tuning process. It's a great alternative if you don't have a clip-on tuner.
Tuning with a Keyboard/Piano
Lastly, we'll learn how to tune our ukulele by ear using a keyboard or piano as a reference. This method is more challenging, but it's a useful skill to develop as you progress in your ukulele journey.
