Making the Cut -- David Lloyd
See London-based New Zealand photographer David Lloyd speak about his shot 'In the flick of a tail' and how it made the cut in the Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition, widely regarded as the best of its kind in the world.
Since 1992, the competition has been accompanied by an annual printed portfolio, of which the early editions have become highly collectible. In the flick of a tail was chosen for a specially commended award, and graced the front cover of that years' portfolio edition.
