Tochless PO creation in oracle cloud -R13
1. In the task - Configure Procurement Business Function below check boxes to be enabled for touch less PO creation
i. Autogenerate orders from requisition lines sourced to agreements -- enabled
ii. Automatically submit for approval - enabled
iii. Bypass approvals for automatically submitted orders - enabled
2. Creation of BPA/CPA
3. I Created BPA for one of the supply item and defined price break also.
4. Under control tab below are the checkboxes need to cross verify while creating Agreement
i. Automatically generate orders -- enabled
ii. Automatically submit for approval - enabled
5. Creation of PR and append the Agreement
6. Ensure suggested buyer has been properly chosen in the PR screen
7. If all the setups are proper once the PR is approved system automatically create the PO.
