I hope this video can be educational and can be a spectacle, guidance, and role model. Its goal is to help people with mental illness recover, and for those abandoned on the streets to be recognized by their families so they can return home. Amen.
I hope this video is useful for providing education. I am carrying out social work with people with mental illness because I am carrying out the will of my great-grandfather, Sunan Gunung Jati, Cirebon. The will is "INGSUN TITIP TAJUG LAN FAKIR."
Here are two wills from Sunan Gunung Jati that are popular among the people of Cirebon:
1. "Ingsun Titip Tajug lan Fakir Miskin"
2. "Sugih Bli Rerawat, Mlarat Bli Gegulat"
First, "Ingsun Titip Tajug lan Fakir Miskin" literally means, "I entrust tajug (a term for a prayer room or langgar, also used for prayer and Quran recitation) and the poor." Because the truly poor are people with mental disorders (ODGJ) who are abandoned on the streets, sometimes looking for food and drink, even just for clothes, waiting for someone who cares.
Hopefully, with the ODGJ Hunter YouTube channel, we can all learn from the positive side.
Amen.
