1. Log in to your gmail account and enabled POP & IMAP forwarding port in gmail settings.
2. Open outlook 2016 program and fill in your email account informations.
3. Change the following settings:
-check my outgoing server (SMTP) require authentication
-incoming server (pop3): 995
-outgoing server (SMTP) 465
-check this server requires an encrypted connection ssl
4. Log in and sync your mails.
