Part 7 - Creating action and handler method

During this video series episode, I show you how to add a new action for dealing with our Use Case and, next, I will add the corresponding handler method for dealing with this action. Finally, I will show you a simple way of local testing which I suggest when dealing with actions, POST or PATCH methods.
