In recent years, a veritable "minimalism mania" has exploded. And understandably so, I'd say. If you want to change your spending habits, your relationship with the things you own, or simply find a way to simplify your life and space... well, I think minimalism is a great ally.
For me, being a minimalist doesn't mean living a life of deprivation—also because that objectively wouldn't be sustainable in the long term—but living intentionally and thinking carefully before making a purchase. Personally, I don't call myself a "minimalist," partly because I believe it's not all that useful to label everything and let what you consume or don't consume define your personality. However, there are some key concepts of minimalism that I've introduced into my life that have given me concrete benefits, and for this reason, I'm very pleased to share them with you in this video!
