Write the test next to your code and save. It shows up in the TWD sidebar of the tab you already have open. Hit play and it drives your real app: types into the form, clicks Pay, and checks the result with Testing Library queries. No second window, no waiting on CI to find out.
It is also the most direct way to review a test your AI wrote: you do not just read it, you watch it work.
