Nightmare - Partial IK, IK Helm w/ Ort & Tal socketed (I mistakenly said “Sol” in the vid), Upgraded Bone Snap, Duriel's Shell, Angelic Ammy/1 Ring, Swap out other ring for a mana leech ring once you start using WW.
