RetroPie: Running Neo Geo games on a Raspberry Pi - GnGeo
The video is based on RetroPie 2.6.0, but the only differences on RetroPie 3 are some small path changes.
For example, the Neo Geo roms now go in:
/home/pi/RetroPie/roms/neogeo
