A Day in the Peak District on the ADV350 - Is this actually a touring bike?
Can the Honda ADV350 actually handle a proper day out — fully loaded, all day, through real roads? One way to find out.
I packed the Shad Terra, loaded the top box, and headed into the Peak District for a full day trial run — Sandbach to Macclesfield, up the Cat and Fiddle, through Buxton, Castleton, and Bakewell, and back home. No shortcuts. No cherry-picking the easy bits.
This wasn't about whether the ADV350 could manage a quick blast. It was about whether it could carry kit, cover distance, and still feel like the right bike at the end of a long day.
