He was exploring quartz deposits when he saw a disc-shaped object descending toward the ground. The disc emitted flames, and as Michalok approached, he felt dizzy and disoriented. Subsequently, burns appeared on his body, resembling the shape of the object's exhaust fan. Radiation was later detected at the scene.
