Civilization VI: Leader Spotlight - Cyrus
Edit: Immortal's ranged strength is the same as the Archer (still at 25), doesn't really change my view on them, they're still very strong.
Cyrus is the leader of Persia in Civilization VI! He has some bonuses to declaring surprise wars , as well as an incredibly strong unique unit, the Immortal! He is a cultural and domination powerhouse, arguably being on of the best leaders in the game.
