The 8th month of 2024 has been an awesome month for those whose favorite Windows development cycle to explore is Windows 8: we got yet another build leak, this time a Milestone 2 build.
7915 is a Milestone 2 build from late January 2011, and was a partner drop for Texas Instruments. Compared to build 7899, there is a new version of the "let's not leak our hard work" wallpaper which features a wordoku puzzle - this puzzle would remain in the wallpapers of development builds for the rest of Milestone 2 and well into Milestone 3.
This build includes early versions of several Windows 8 features, including new lock and login screens, pattern logon a new OOBE, new apps and more. Most of these showed up in earlier builds, but by this point there was some progress made.
Build string: 6.2.7915.0 (fbl_core1_kernel_npc_ext.110131-1820)
