This Changes Dante FOREVER - Archlord Dante MOD (Early Alpha)
From the creator of Dreadstorm Vergil (Matalayu), we're having a little sneak peek of the upcoming Dante mod called Archlord Dante. This build is in very early alpha, so obviously it's in a very unfinished state.
What you can expect from this mod?
-At least 1 new style (Grandmaster), giving to (at least) a new moveset to the added weapons.
-New weapons with multiple modes thanks to Grandmaster style. Sparda will have a Scythe mode, and an Axe mode (Think of Arbiter from DmC). The Axe is showcased in this alpha build but obviously it doesn't have a model yet, as it's using the Sparda sword.
Rebellion featuring Nelo Angelo's moveset, mixed with old Pinnacle of Combat moves (showcased in this video) and Agni&Rudra.
Devil Sword Dante will feature new moves (showcased in this video) and Mirage Edge + Yamato. Think of this mode as "Dark Slayer" as a whole.
-Balrog rework, having the shoryuken separated from the grounded punch and the possibility to build up Real Impact and cancel it at any time. Also, Tornado from DMC3 comes back, as well as other changes.
-Balrog new moveset based on fists (Dante's Beowulf) and another one on kicks (Vergil's Beowulf).
-Expanded devil guns gameplay. Can't talk about this yet because Matalayu didn't include it in the roadmap as its probably very late in the development I suppose, considering there's so much work to do with devil arms yet.
-Obviously new visuals, effects, sound effects, voicelines, models, etc, to match the new stuff.
-More to come, but I'm not the author so I can't say. Just to let you know that expect this mod to be hella big... IF you support the creator to fund the development.
Note that this mod will probably change Dante's playstyle entirely because you'll need to handle a very large amount of weapons at the same time on top of the new style. So, I recommend to prepare yourself to mess with your loadout.
Support Matalayu so he can keep developing this mod. Also, you'll get Dreadstorm Vergil by doing so, and Archlord Dante late alpha/beta once it comes out (meaning, early access).
