About the Video
ACL (Access Control List) in ServiceNow controls access to data by defining who can create, read, write, or delete records. ACLs are evaluated using roles, conditions, and scripts—all must pass for access to be granted.
table. ACL* → Controls access to all fields in a table.
table.field ACL → Controls access to a specific field in a table.
table.None ACL → Controls access to a table record (not fields).
