After installation (extremely simple), import the resulting *.ovpn file and turn it on near the clock in the tray.
How to download this file (*.ovpn), if you have another client, for example, Putty, download and install FileZilla, connect to your VPS server in it and go to the /root folder. There will be an *.ovpn file after installing OpenVPN (on the server) and other *.ovpn files that you will generate later.

This ionos.com service did not suit me, although it is the cheapest and most convenient, since I still did not understand how to open a port for OpenVPN (1194).
I chose for myself (so far) - bluevps.com (there is a possibility of paying with crypto). The price at the moment is 3 USD (6 - the next months / as I understand it /), the port speed is 250 MBps, which is quite suitable for the task!
It turns out that for one such VPS (with a speed of 250 MBps), you can download torrents and distribute access to your friends, wives, children, colleagues. At about 250 MBps, it's enough for 10 people if they are regular (download something big once, watch videos, scroll through social networks / communicators) to use the channel.

1. Click on the server you are going to work with
Scroll down the features until you see "Firewall Policies".
2. Click on the pencil next to the word "Linux".
3. This will allow you to select one of the policies you created earlier under: Network » Firewall Policies
That is, you need to edit the default policy (there it will be alone, adding port 1194 or the port that you specify when setting up OpenVPN) and then everything will be fine.
