Exam season is a stressful time for most students. With the pressure to do well and achieve good grades it's no wonder that nerves often get the better of you at the crucial moment.
In this video we give you six tips to help you refine your revision technique. These range from choosing the right revision method for you, to making sure you have all your revision materials to hand when you sit down to review what you've learned.
We all know that snacks are essential in any situation. But did you know they can also help you to revise? Seriously, brain foods such as fruit, dark chocolate and popcorn could give you the boost you need.
Organising group sessions is also a good idea - revising with coursemates makes you feel like you're in it together and it's also handy when you need someone to test your knowledge.
As well as tips on what you should be doing, we also point out some of the things you should avoid like distractions and last-minute cramming.
