Then play the worst you can on the hardest difficulty and get under 70% accuracy without failing. The HP drain isn't bad at all. The long streams of notes will also help get 50 and/or 100 points.
Note: The achievement has already been unlocked on my account, but this is the song that I played to unlock it. It should work for anyone else.
