Install Pop OS on VirtualBox is a great way to explore this user-friendly Linux distribution in a virtual environment. Start by downloading the latest Pop OS ISO file from the official website. Next, open VirtualBox and create a new virtual machine, selecting Linux as the type and Ubuntu (64-bit) as the version. Allocate sufficient memory (at least 2GB) and create a virtual hard disk with a recommended size of 20GB or more.
After creating the virtual machine, go to its settings and attach the Pop OS ISO as the startup disk under the "Storage" section. Start the virtual machine, and it will boot into the Pop OS installer. Follow the installation prompts to set your language, keyboard layout, and disk setup. Choose the disk created earlier for installation and proceed to complete the setup.
Once the installation finishes, reboot the virtual machine and remove the ISO. You will then be greeted by the Pop OS login screen. From here, you can start exploring and customizing Pop OS in your VirtualBox environment.
