Until you realize that the listing agent has a fiduciary responsibility to the seller. How can they have the seller’s interest in mind and your interest in mind as a buyer? Will they advocate for you and push the seller? Or will they push you to meet the seller where they’re at? Hard to say but one party might end up feeling slighted in the end. And you don’t want it to you.
