Pendrive Not Showing in Windows 10 or 11 | Solved
sometimes removable or usb device may not be shown in windows 10 or 11. It may occur for driver problem or any other issues.
For me I have inserted my 16gb transcend pendrive to my Laptop run by windows 11. But it did not show in file explorer. It definitely mounted in system because in device manager it has shown.
So first I tried to update device driver. Select the device from Disk drive and click on right button of mouse. Select update driver. It shows latest driver installed.
Actually I don't know what exactly happening here. So I have to try several trouble shootings.
Then reinstall the driver. select the device from Disk drive and click on right button of mouse. Select uninstall device. Now it's gone.
Remove the pendrive from PC. Then insert again. Check whether it appears in file explorer.

It because, if the drive letter of USB drive is the same as one of the drive letters of computer's hard disk partition, it won't be able to see in Windows File Explorer.
In this case, it need to assign a new drive letter to the USB drive.
To do this, from start menu go to Disk Management.
Right-click the volume on USB flash drive and select Change Drive Letter and Paths.
Then in the window that opens, click Change.
Assign a new drive letter to your USB drive and click OK.
Look, pendrive has shown now.
