Alt. Vers. - Part 1 - Beatmaking with AudioCipher
In this episode Alt. Vers. gets stuck inside the app... and he can't get out!
To get the track started, he enters the phrase "turntables" in A Minor and drags the MIDI onto his virtual instrument. He sets an arpeggiator on the track, to give the AudioCipher MIDI output a little more movement and character.
Once the turntable arpeggio is in place, he adds bass and chords to fill it out. Then taps out his drum rhythms and ties the whole project together.
Don't worry, we eventually let him out of the app. ;)
