ADC Stands for Analog to Digital Converter.

ADC Terminologies:
➡️Resolution of ADC: The maximum number of discrete values that can be used to represent an analog signal is called resolution. For example if ADC has 8 bit resolution then the input signal can be represented using 256 discrete symbols.

➡️Sampling Rate: The rate at which samples of input signal are captured . It is given in number of samples/second. For example if I say sampling rate is 10 that means 10 samples will be captured in one second.

➡️Step Size: The minimum value of input signals that can change the digital representation value by next discrete symbols.
