Elementor Reanimate Entrance Animations
With Elementor Entrance Animations, they only apply the first time an element enters the viewport. There is no option to replay the animation each time it enters the viewport.
This video uses the browsers IntersectionObesrver API to detect elements entering and leaving the viewport. It then reanimates each time it comes into view.
