However one thing is clear that institutional investment continues to skyrocket in crypto assets. 2021 was a record year for crypto by institutions. This investment has created several billion dollar companies. This infusion of capital can drive prices up. Due to this it’s important to periodically have mini corrections or crypto crashes to stabilize the price. Additionally the institutional investment is a good thing for the long term growth story of crypto.
