I recreated 4 Pinterest Inspired Halloween Makeup Looks with [TUTORIALS] and they turned out pretty darn cool! I did Pennywise from the movie IT, Neon Halloween, Vampire Diaries Vampire, and last but not least, JOKER.
It was nice to sit down and get creative with makeup again!
