step 1:-
this link has one mingw-w64.exe installer, which you guys first try to install it, if it gets installed then it's well and good, but I'm pretty sure it won't get installed because this is old compiler which is removed but it's more powerful than new one.
if the above step doesn't works then follow second step below.
step 2:-
this link also has one mingw folder, which you guys just need to download it and move that folder to the programs x86 folder. After this follow the video
Basically by doing second step you are just copying the installed folder to the programs x86 folder.
