MAY NO LONGER WORK, I'm leaving this video up to show where to check if the beta is available to be installed but I believe the twitch drop was only valid for 24 hours and that time has now passed.

Once you've linked your blizzard account to your twitch account and gotten the drop, go to https://www.blizzard.com/en-us/download/ and download the Battle.net® Desktop App.
Install and launch the Battle.net Desktop App, it should open to the Diablo II Resurrected page, select Game Version "Beta" on the drop down above "Install" in the bottom left.
