2:35pm - It is affecting mods in SEVERAL ways, mostly not showing any mods at all, but some mods will show up upon start up, but NOT APPEAR in game or CAS! This seems to be something having to do with the Marketplace and how Mods are categorized and executed, but nothing concrete yet! I will keep you informed!
