In this video, I show you how to activate and then use the CLIPBOARD HISTORY feature in Windows 10. This feature has been available since about May of 2018, and there’s no question more of us could make use of it if we only KNEW about it!

This video should give you a great starting point for learning how to turn on and use this handy feature. Enjoy!

SOFTWARE:
BlackMagic DaVinci Resolve – I use this for many things, and even though it’s free, it is tremendously powerful and complex.

Camtasia Studio - https://techsmith.z6rjha.net/65ED3 This is fantastic software for editing and screencasts, combining what (for me) is the perfect blend of power and ease-of-use. Better than 90% of my tutorials are finished in Camtasia.

Audacity – This is free audio editing software that is amazingly powerful. Download this ONLY from the official website. https://www.audacityteam.org/. Any other source will probably add in bloatware or malware.

MY AUDIO EQUIPMENT:
Zoom H1n digital recorder: https://amzn.to/2VxOVHR
Rode Smartlav: https://amzn.to/2VsYise
I now use this combination to get outstanding audio, which I then sync in post to the videos.

Blue Yeti: https://amzn.to/2VuHscv
This is my choice for when I record screencast tutorials; it records the voice directly into the screen recording.

MY VIDEO EQUIPMENT:
Sony AX700: https://amzn.to/2ECX6wC
I use a camcorder instead of a DSLR because I often record live shows of more than an hour, and a DSLR has a 30-minute shoot limit. The camcorder does not.

Sony CX260: https://amzn.to/2T30IRz
This is a VERY LIGHTWEIGHT camera – less than 1 pound (my version is a 2011 model PJ260V) – that still shoots great HD video. This is the camera I carry when on vacation with my family because of how lightweight and easy it is to carry all day long. It takes great stills as well as video. The limitation is it only records in the m2ts format.

GoPro Hero6 Black: https://amzn.to/2SzdtOu
Super tiny portable, with HD and wide-angle lens. Great for those crazy-angle shots you can’t get any other way.

iPhone 8+ - https://amzn.to/2OZmEry
This has amazing video capabilities, especially when paired with the next item.

Zhiyun Smooth 4 Gimbal for iPhone: https://amzn.to/2UkrV2J
The iPhone 8+ BARELY fits into this, but it provides no-screen-touch controls for zoom, focus, frame rate, and much more. If you have an iPhone NOT a plus model, it should work even better. If you know of a better gimbal for a larger smartphone like the 8+, please let me know.
