Excel Tips: How to Use the IF Function Like a Pro
The IF function is a versatile logical function that will help you return a value depending on whether some condition is true or false. You can use it for text or numbers and event nest several IF functions to test multiple conditions. Also it doesn't need to equal the condition, especially with numbers you can compare if the values are greater or less than a value you're comparing. Example of using the IF function in Excel 2007.
