Virginia Tech vs. Duke: The sixth-seeded Blue Devils defeated the tenth-seeded Hokies in pool play of the 2024 ACC Baseball Championship, 11-8. It was the fourth comeback by Duke after trailing by five or more runs this season. Duke second baseman Zac Morris went yard twice with two monster home runs and five RBI. Three Duke players had multiple hits with Logan Bravo and Chase Krewson each registered two RBI. James Tallon got the win and Charlie Beilenson got the save for the Blue Devils. Carson DeMartini and David McCann each chipped in home runs for the Hokies. Virginia Tech will next take on third-seed NC State on Wednesday and the Blue Devils will have their chance at the 'Pack on Thursday.
