• Less amount of food leads to less stool and that can further lead to constipation. The only way to treat it is to eat right and in the quantity that your body needs.
• Another one is when you feel like passing stool but it does not feel like it has entirely passed (Colitis). Gas and acidity are common things here. It happens when there is swelling in the intestine. Treat it by consulting your doctor as soon as possible and get better.
