How to Rename a File in Microsoft Word Online
You should always RENAME your Microsoft 365 files FIRST to prevent too many generic filenames in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. This video shows you how to rename the file as soon as you create a new document in MS word online.
Generic document examples:
📄Word: Document22.docx
🅿PowerPoint: Presentation8.pptx
🔢Excel: Excel13.xlsx
