As part of the bachelor's seminar "Global Environmental Policy and Implementation" (Prof. Partzsch), students Laura Bongardt, Morgann Darche, and Moritz Dorn produced a podcast on the significance of SDG 2, "Zero Hunger," for German agricultural policy.

With this seminar, Prof. Lena Partzsch continues the project that inspired her lecture "Stockholm+50: Five Decades of Global Environmental Policy" and the book "The Environment in Global Sustainability Governance" (open access). The project received the 2023 Teaching Award in Political Science from the German Political Science Association (DVPW) and the Schader Foundation. Students are investigating the implementation of sustainability goals in Germany and the European Union.

In this podcast episode: The UN Sustainable Development Goal "Zero Hunger," also known as SDG 2, aims to make our world a more sustainable and equitable place. But does it currently look like this is being achieved? And are food security and sustainability in agriculture even compatible? We spoke with NABU President Jörg-Andreas Krüger about this. Listen in.
