How to disable ALT key menu acceleration in Windows! FINALLY!

YOU MIGHT NEED TO DISABLE WINDOWS GAME BAR, OR AT LEAST CHANGE THE SHORTCUTS! Just hit the windows key and search for "game bar settings." Click on that and turn it OFF. Here is a picture of that process: https://i.imgur.com/yQlOB38.png
I figured out the issue with the github repo, it was the readme.md... someone had written one for me a long time ago, but I had recently made a new one.
I didn't properly explain it in the video, but the reason the script uses SC0E8 instead of F12, is because then it would be hitting F12 all the time, which would be bad if you have ANYTHING assigned to F12! Scan code 0E8 is a key that Windows supports, but it does not appear on any keyboard, and isn't used for anything else (that I'm aware of) so it's (very probably) safe to use for this purpose.
